Cars start at $249. Homes and apartments start at $0.50 per square foot. Your final price depends on the space size, odor severity and affected materials, and is confirmed before anything is scheduled.
One visit in most cases
Vehicles take about an hour and most homes run one to four hours. Severe cases can need a second pass — when they do, the follow-up touch-up is already included in your price.

Whichever service you book, it ends the same way: we walk the space with you, and if the odor returns within 30 days we come back and re-treat it free. No fine print, no service fee.
